Shipping
Orders over $49 ship free within the USA and Canada. Everything else is calculated at checkout, so you always see the total before you pay.
- Delivery time: most USA and Canada orders arrive in 2–4 business days. Other countries usually need an extra 2–3 days.
- Carriers: we ship with UPS and FedEx, and you will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
- Duties & taxes: in the USA and Canada the price you see is the price you pay. Other countries may charge local taxes or duties.
- Split shipments: if you order several puzzles they may travel in separate parcels. If part of your order has not arrived two weeks after the first parcel, get in touch and we will sort it out.
Please double-check your shipping address — we cannot be responsible for parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Returns & exchanges
- You can return or exchange an order within 15 days of purchase, with our money-back guarantee.
- Puzzles must come back in the original, unopened package with the seal intact, together with every accessory and your order number.
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve and track the return.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Once your parcel reaches us, allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds can then take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or defective?
Manufacturing defects are covered by a replacement, refund or store credit. Tell us within 7 days of receiving the item and, once approved, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours on regular business days. Email us as soon as you can — once an order ships it can no longer be changed.
